What is the difference between a Allis Chalmers D-15 and a D-15 Series II?
I am trying to find a crankshaft & main bearings for a AC D-15 series II. I would like to know what the difference between a AC D-15 and a AC D-15 series II.
Thank-you for your help with this.
the D-15 appeared in 1961 with a 4 cylinder engine rated at 2,000 RPMs and carried a bore of 3 1/8 X 4 1/8 with a displacement of 175 cubic inches. the D-15 series II came about in 1965 with an increased bore of 3 9/16 X 4 3/8.
